WebFX - This site can perform 8 different effects to your graphics. Several of the effects are animated. Great layout, and overall this is a very useful site.
Best GIF Animated Animals Gallery - Plenty of animations of animals, probably the best such collection online. This site has a very nice layout and makes finding that particular animated animal gif very easy.
